I wanted to share a recipe with all of you that I concocted after looking through tons and tons of crockpot recipes on Pinterest. These Spicy Chicken Tacos are extremely quick and easy, and were a huge hit at my house this evening, even with a few picky eaters (myself included)!
You will need:
- 3-5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can of Enchilada Sauce
- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning Mix
- Chopped Green Onions
- 1-2 bags of Shredded Cheese
- 1 can of Olives
- 1 jar of Salsa
- Flour Tortillas
One of my favorite things about the crockpot is that after prepping everything you just throw it in there and let it chill for a couple of hours!This only took about 3-3 1/2 hours to fully cook. Once it’s done cooking, just grab two forks and shred the chicken, put all of it onto a warm flour tortilla with any additional toppings, and enjoy! For extra toppings, I used some sour cream, extra chopped onions and avocado!
