📦 When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days for production. Average shipping times are 15–21 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@cakesandcurvesboutique.com.
💔 Can I return my order or report an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged. You have 14 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund your original purchase amount. Please include your name and order number in the return package. Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. If your order has already shipped, please use our return process for a full refund.
🏠 I entered the wrong address—what now?
If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately. You can also email us at info@cakesandcurvesboutique.com within 24 hours to update your address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.

Shipping times vary based on your location. We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. Average delivery time is 15–25 business days.
